Energy performance certificates

We understand that you want to get your house onto the market as soon as you can, which is why we offer energy performance certificates (EPCs) at a discounted rate.

An EPC is a legal document that provides details about the energy efficiency of a house, considering heating costs and carbon emissions and grading your home from A to G. This provides both sellers and buyers with information about the average cost of energy bills, as well as suggestions on how energy-efficient measures could result in cash savings.

It is the responsibility of the seller to order an EPC and you will have just seven days to receive this after your home is put on the market. However, as long as this has been ordered it does not need to be available when the property is first marketed.
