Permitted Payments

Aborted Contractor call out charges to a maximum of £50.00, should a Contractor be unable to access a property when previous arrangements or permissions have been requested and confirmed by the tenant(s). Evidence of any Contractor charges will be substantiated.

Variations to the Tenancy Agreement during the term of the Tenancy will be charged up to a maximum of £50.00
